REVIEW QUICK REVIEW: Chosen students will be asked to identify
some important parts of Microsoft Excel window. They will
be picking the right answer given on the term list.
Time allotted: 5 minutes
MOTIVATION ACTIVITY
The teacher will post an icon or logo used in audio-
video conferencing and the whole class will guess what the
teacher’s post. After they get the correct answer then the
teacher will explain the meaning and importance of each
logos. This is a brief way of introducing the topic through
simple games.
ANALYSIS Pupils will answer the following questions:
1. What is audio-video conferencing?
2. Why audio and video conferencing is useful and
important?
3. How does audio and video conferencing improve
communication?

Audio and Video Conferencing
 Video conferencing is a type of online meeting
where two or more people can see, hear, and talk to
each other using computer networks to send audio
and video data in real time.
 Video conferencing is a kind of set- up where users
has an option to share his appearance thru online
conference by the help of different hardware like
web cameras, where it will transmit your
appearance to digital world.
 There are different applications that can be
downloaded that there are options where users can
choose between audio or video calls.
 Web-based collaboration tools that are available
today include email, online chat, audio-video
conferencing, online forums, and social networking
sites.
The following are the benefits of using audio-video
conferencing:
 It reduce travel time and expenses since it
allows people to communicate to several
places in an instant without having to leave
the office.
 It allows people from different fields and
places to easily collaborate and share ideas
with each other
 It enables showing demonstrations or
procedures to large audience that may come
from several places from all over the world.
Audio-video conferencing is widely used in different fields-
from homes, schools, to business establishments.
 It helps families and friends to stay connected to
loved ones from different places in and out of the
country
 It enable students to see each other, share
documents, and discuss lecture even if they are in
different cities or even countries. It may also allow
virtual field trips
 Audio-Video conferencing is efficient to use not only
during meetings, but also dealing with customers
APPLICATION The teacher will post an icons or logos used in audio-
video conferencing and the whole class will guessthe
name of the icon or logo, but before they reveal the name
of the picture,the student will say 3words/ sentences to
describe the object.
EVALUATION Students will be asked an open ended question about their
openion on how and why audio video conference skills are
essential. They will raise their hands and explain their
responses one by one.
ASSIGNMENT They will group themselves into 5 members each.
They need to create a recorded video using Google Meet
that explains the step-by-step procedure for using Google
Meet and sharing it with the class during the asynchronous
session.

VALUES TO BE INTEGRATED Appreciation, intellectual, training of the mind ( from concrete to abstract) ESSENTIAL QUESTION What is the importance of audio and video conferencing? How does audio and video conferencing help the humanities? Integration Critical Thinking: students use their imagination, stock knowledge and insights about audio-video conferencing. The activity consist of different icons and students will guess its name. Creativy: Student will give 3 words/sentences to describe the icons.

Prayer 2. Greetings 3. Checking of attendance 4. Audio-video Conferencing etiquette REVIEW QUICK REVIEW: Chosen students will be asked to identify some important parts of Microsoft Excel window. They will be picking the right answer given on the term list. Time allotted: 5 minutes MOTIVATION ACTIVITY The teacher will post an icon or logo used in audio- video conferencing and the whole class will guess what the teacher’s post. After they get the correct answer then the teacher will explain the meaning and importance of each logos. This is a brief way of introducing the topic through simple games. ANALYSIS Pupils will answer the following questions: 1. What is audio-video conferencing? 2. Why audio and video conferencing is useful and important? 3. How does audio and video conferencing improve communication? ABSTRACTION INTERACTIVE DISCUSSION Audio and Video Conferencing  Video conferencing is a type of online meeting where two or more people can see, hear, and talk to each other using computer networks to send audio and video data in real time.  Video conferencing is a kind of set- up where users has an option to share his appearance thru online
  • 3. conference by the help of different hardware like web cameras, where it will transmit your appearance to digital world.  There are different applications that can be downloaded that there are options where users can choose between audio or video calls.  Web-based collaboration tools that are available today include email, online chat, audio-video conferencing, online forums, and social networking sites. The following are the benefits of using audio-video conferencing:  It reduce travel time and expenses since it allows people to communicate to several places in an instant without having to leave the office.  It allows people from different fields and places to easily collaborate and share ideas with each other  It enables showing demonstrations or procedures to large audience that may come from several places from all over the world. Audio-video conferencing is widely used in different fields- from homes, schools, to business establishments.  It helps families and friends to stay connected to loved ones from different places in and out of the country  It enable students to see each other, share documents, and discuss lecture even if they are in different cities or even countries. It may also allow virtual field trips  Audio-Video conferencing is efficient to use not only during meetings, but also dealing with customers APPLICATION The teacher will post an icons or logos used in audio- video conferencing and the whole class will guessthe name of the icon or logo, but before they reveal the name of the picture,the student will say 3words/ sentences to describe the object. EVALUATION Students will be asked an open ended question about their openion on how and why audio video conference skills are essential. They will raise their hands and explain their
  • 4. responses one by one. ASSIGNMENT They will group themselves into 5 members each. They need to create a recorded video using Google Meet that explains the step-by-step procedure for using Google Meet and sharing it with the class during the asynchronous session. Follow the rubrics below: Standards: 20% Content 20% Clarity of discussion 30% Creativity (editing) 10% Participation of the group members 20% Power point Presentation or any visual reference via shared screen TOTAL: 100% Submission: July 16, 2021- On Google Classroom
