The project aims to create a procedure to deliver textbooks and materials to students by Spring 2013. Success will be measured by reductions in returned books, late orders, and unused books after the semester drop date. Key members will work from Summer 2012 through Spring 2013 to develop a new delivery process within institutional parameters and provide regular updates to leadership.
