• Leadership is a process in which a leader
attempts to influence his or her followers to
establish a Goal.
• Leadership is the art of getting someone else
to do something you want done because he
wants to do it
• Leadership is not just a person in a high
position
Who are the Leaders ?
• Leaders are not born, they are made.
• Leader is the one who knows the way, goes
the way, and shows the way.
• Leaders thinks problems as Opportunities.
• Leaders job is to rally people to better future.
Does Islam teaches about Leadership?
The Messenger of Allah said “All of you are shepherds and each of you is responsible
for his flock. An imam is a shepherd and he is responsible for those in his care. A
man is a shepherd in respect of his family and is responsible for those in his care.
The woman is a shepherd in respect of her husband's house and is responsible
for what is in her care. The servant is a shepherd in respect of his master's
property and is responsible for what is in his care. All of you are shepherds and
each of you is responsible for his flock.Here Shepherds means Leader. It our
responsibility to become leaders. (Sahih Al Bukhari & Muslim)

having strong moral principles
