The Le Corbusier Centre in Chandigarh displays and exhibits the life and works of the Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier, who conceptualized the city of Chandigarh almost six decades ago. The Centre is located in Le Corbusier's original office building from when he designed the city and aims to preserve, interpret, research, and display his works and legacy. It contains archival documents, plans, maps, models, photographs and furniture from Le Corbusier's time in Chandigarh to acquaint visitors with the city's rich cultural heritage and the architectural spirit of its Modernist design.
