AIM OF OUR PROJECT
By using solar tree we can provide mobile charging and
public lightning In any area i.e. title of our project
EXISTED SYSTEM
Solar street light technology
In this solar field existed
System is solar street light
Technology and another is
To produce home required
Power
DRAWBACKS OF EXISTED SYSTEM
 It is used only for just lightning purpose only.
 In home applications we definitely used
INVERTER.
 Circuit complexity is high.
 Less amount of efficiency .
OVER COME METHOS
Providing more applications
With out using inverter we providing the usage of
electronic devices in our home.
Reducing the circuit complexity.
 From less efficiency usage we will connect more than
two devices by using low voltage battery.
WHAT IS SOLAR TREE
TREE stands for
T=TREE GENERATIING
R=RENEWABLE
E=ENERGY and
E=ELECTRICITY
This is like a tree in a structure and the panels are like leaves of the tree which produces
Energy.
COMPONENTS OF SOLAR TREE
The solar tree consists of manly five parts to design.
 Solar Panel.
 Long tower.
 LEDs.
 Batteries.
 Stems.
WHY WE CALL IT AS SOLAR TREE
 Tree can produce their own food material for human beings by the process
called PHOTOSYNTHESIS.
 Likewise in solar tree solar plates are producing energy for the society.

SOLAR PANELS
In our project we use 15 watt solar
Panels
From each solar panel we get 20-25%
efficiency
I.E approximately 3 watt and 18-19 v
SOLAR MANAGEMENT UNIT WITH BATTERY
S.M.U is nothing but mini inverter
and controller
In our project we use Lead acid
Battery with 12v with portable size
S.M.U COMPARISION
D.C BULB WITH L.D.R SENSOR
In this project we use 6 watt D.C bulb with L.D.R sensor
The D.C bulb will glow with out battery in the temp of
28-30 degree centigrade by using 15 watts solar panel.
 (LED light) A light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor light source.
 LEDs are used as indicator lamps in many device.
LED
ALLOWS THE CURRENT TO FLOW IN ONE DIRECTION.
 LDR(LIGHT DEPENDENT DIODE). A type of resistor that decreases in resistance when it is exposed to light
RESISTS THE FLOW OF CURRENT.
MOBILE CHARGING
 Charge controller is used for providing charging to the
Mobile phones and Laptops
 The charge controller is convert Direct current to alternative
Current.
Solar cell phone chargers use solar
panels to charge cell phone batteries.
They are an alternative to conventional
electrical cell phone chargersand in
some cases can be plugged into an
electrical outlet.
There are also public solar chargers for
mobile phones which can be installed
permanently in public places such as
streets, park and squares.
SOLAR PANEL CALCULATION
Diagram of Solar tree electricity production by month
Let us take an example
Comparing with the household
We are observing the different purposes we are using the power let’s see
APPLICATION PRICE
T.V 130
FAN 100
OTHER APPLICATIONS 120
PER MONTH = 350 Rs
PER YEAR = 1800Rs
We observe the elcetricity bill are incress so approximatly for last 10 years nearly 25%
By observing now a days scasity of water difficult to generate energy so next 10-15 years
the electricity bill are increses app 35-40% so
cost for 25 years ==145000(app)
IF WE USE SOLAR TREE FOR THIS ........
We are giving continues supply over 24 hours
APPLICATION solar pannels wa
T.V 500
FAN 200
OTHER APPLICATIONS 300
TOTAL LOAD 1000
FOR 25 YEARS -- 90000(app)
Solar pannel cost per 100w -9000
2000 w we reqire 90000(app)
WHY IT IS BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL
SYSTEMS
for the same amount of
energy we require only
0.10-0.12 acres of land in
case of solar tree
APPLICATIONS
 Street Light.
 House Supply.
 Mobile charging
 Industrial Power Supply.
ADVANTAGES
 No air pollution.
 We wouldn’t have to worry as much about future energy sources.
 low maintenance
 Land requirement is very less.
DISADVANTAGES
 Costly.
 Hazards to eyesight form solar reflectors.
CONCLUSION
 Saving of land, this project is very successful one.
 increases the efficiency
 Providing power supply for household applications
 The main aim of this project is upliftting the public
opinion on R E S
