I noticed that this student did not pass module and output in Science 10 for the past two weeks, so
I reached the student through chat and he promise to submit all the outputs he missed to submit. And he
completed all the output he missed. Every time he missed to submit, I always call his attention. And later

I saw that this learner was quite active in class at the beginning of the school year, and his outputs
were regularly submitted by his parent, but his outputs haven’t been submitted during third quarter. As a
result, I contacted him and find out that they changed their residency from Putiao to Pilar , that’s why its

To address the needs of the student this time of pandemic I just simplify the DLL but aligned to MELCS I used
pictures and images so that they can easily understand the lesson and also I used terms or words that easy to
understand.

This WHLP provides a more straight forward instructions on how to accomplish the learners’ activity sheets. In the
Learning Tasks Column, the page numbers and the learning tasks numbers are provided to avoid confusion over the
activity sheets. More activities were given for better understanding. But as the school year goes by, I found out that

Since I don’t uploaded a video, I just use images or pictures so that students can easily understand the lesson with
the help of pictures. I also reply to their queries through chat and phone calls.

As many of my learners find it hard to analyze and understand the topics in Science 10. I decided to make a
Learning activity sheets where the topic using images, to deliver a full understanding over the lesson.

ANNOTATION: As the saying goes no man is an island and two heads are better than one. I’m so happy and thankful as I
engaged in this kind of trainings because I learn a lot and enhanced my skills especially this time of pandemic. New
learnings and skills.

PPST STRAND: 7.4. Professional reflection and learning to improve practice
Reflection:
As I heard that we are going to make a LDM2
portfolio, first thing in my mind another burden on
how to compile that portfolio. But as I understand all
the artifacts needed it make me smile and found it
easier because all I have to do is to gather all my
output and forms for this school year. The LP, WHLP,
IMLP and others artifacts are just in our phone at
laptop. With these I’m so happy that despite of this
pandemic we surpass this school year. According to
our Secretary of Education, “Education must not
stop”.

ANNOTATION: We conducted a homeroom PTA meeting (following the health protocol) to let the parents
know the learning progress of their children. And also I conducted a home visitation especially those
students who failed to submit their output regularly.

I attended a LAC session with my colleagues that help me a lot on how to
improve my technical skills which is very essential at this time of pandemic.

PPST STRAND: 5.4. Communication of learners needs, progress and achievement to key stakeholders, 6.2 -
Engagement of parents and the wider school community in the educative process

ANNOTATION: Here are some images with parents supporting their children through the learning process by getting and
delivering the SLMs and other learning materials. They are also given additional instructions on how to accomplish the
learning tasks given to their children. I also reply to their queries through chat and sms.

Design, selection, organization and utilization of assessment strategies IMAGE: ANNOTATION: To address the needs of the student this time of pandemic I just simplify the DLL but aligned to MELCS I used pictures and images so that they can easily understand the lesson and also I used terms or words that easy to understand.

In the Learning Tasks Column, the page numbers and the learning tasks numbers are provided to avoid confusion over the activity sheets. More activities were given for better understanding. But as the school year goes by, I found out that

I decided to make a Learning activity sheets where the topic using images, to deliver a full understanding over the lesson.

I’m so happy and thankful as I engaged in this kind of trainings because I learn a lot and enhanced my skills especially this time of pandemic. New learnings and skills.

Professional reflection and learning to improve practice Reflection: As I heard that we are going to make a LDM2 portfolio, first thing in my mind another burden on how to compile that portfolio. But as I understand all the artifacts needed it make me smile and found it easier because all I have to do is to gather all my output and forms for this school year. The LP, WHLP, IMLP and others artifacts are just in our phone at laptop. With these I’m so happy that despite of this pandemic we surpass this school year. According to our Secretary of Education, “Education must not stop”.

Feedback to improve learning IMAGE: ANNOTATION: We conducted a homeroom PTA meeting (following the health protocol) to let the parents know the learning progress of their children. And also I conducted a home visitation especially those students who failed to submit their output regularly.
  • 16. NAME OF ARTIFACT: MOVs on professional engagement with colleagues PPST STRAND: 7.3. Professional links with colleagues IMAGE: ANNOTATION: I attended a LAC session with my colleagues that help me a lot on how to improve my technical skills which is very essential at this time of pandemic.

Communication of learners needs, progress and achievement to key stakeholders, 6.2 - Engagement of parents and the wider school community in the educative process IMAGE: ANNOTATION: Here are some images with parents supporting their children through the learning process by getting and delivering the SLMs and other learning materials. They are also given additional instructions on how to accomplish the learning tasks given to their children. I also reply to their queries through chat and sms.
