Interface systems. This entails processing CDR’s, ASR’s PVC’s and involves systems such as SMARTS, COMS,
NETCOM, NETPRO, MECCA and UPI. Cross Provisioning of Option1 and Option2 (Local and LD networks) and
combinations of all of the above. Work closely with LEC, customers and implementation groups for clean order

 Solely responsible for the order entry, provisioning and designing of circuits for the internal group, which included
call-centers, POP’s, core sites, sales offices and nodes, domestic and international; including frame relay, switched
voice and video access. Worked on analog and voice circuitry from DS-0’s to DS-3’s. Worked in OrderPro, Intrada
Pro, IXPLUS, Activation Manager, F&E, TCOMS and COMS. Designed ISDN Primary Rates with an understanding
