1. The Flag of La Rioja is made up of four
horizontal stripes of the same size, red,
white, green and yellow. It is traditionally
divided into three subregions from west to
east, following the course of the Ebro: La
Rioja Alta, La Rioja Media and La Rioja Baja.

Santo Domingo is known by
the pilgrims on their way to
Santiago de Compostela. It
has got a beautiful cathedral,
located on the banks of the
river Oja in the region of La
Rioja Alta.
7. EZCARAY
Ezcaray is famous for the ski
resort and its snow. In
addition to tourism, the
area's main activity is the
wood industry and there are
factories producing furniture.
