This document outlines a road map for knowledge management (KM) with the following key points:
1. In 2013, the organization will redefine its KM strategy to better align with business needs and provide a more direct impact internally with a rationalized budget.
2. In 2014, KM efforts will focus on public relations to give the strategy more impact through internal socialization and engagement models.
3. From 2015 onwards, the focus will be on providing competency and knowledge facilities tailored to business requirements through integrated learning and library systems as well as encouraging innovation.
