Responsibilities: 
1. Contract Manpower Management 
· Finalizing manpower vendors (Contractors) and service agreements 
· Ensuring availability of manpower as per the requirement 
· Ensuring the statutory benefits are provided to contract workmen 
· Grievance handling pertaining to contract labours 
· Adhering to the all Statutory Compliances as per Labour Laws 
2. Admin and Welfare 
· Forecasting welfare Budget 
· Managing Employee Transport for approx. 150 employees 
· Vendor Invoice processing (Within TAT) 
· Time Office Management & Overview of Security Operations 
· Canteen Management (For approx. 500 employees) 
· Conducting Canteen Committee Meetings & Redressal of canteen Committee grievance 
· Managing First Aid room 
· Organizing employee engagement activities 
3. Recruitment 
· Identify Sources for Hiring 
· Maintain Recruitment Database 
· Source, Screen and Shortlist Candidates for Further Interviews 
· Organize Interviews With The Functional Heads 
· Traveling & Stay Arrangements for Candidates 
· Post Offer Follow Up (POFU)
4. General HR Operations: 
· Onboarding, Joining Formalities & Induction 
· Maintaining Employee Database (HRIS & File) 
· Issuance of letters for Appointment, Probation, Confirmation, Relieving, Service, Contract, Address

· Providing monthly data for general HR MIS of Staff 
5. Separation: 
· Resignation Acceptance letters

· Conducting Exit Interviews & Analyze attrition data. 
· Validate Full and Final Settlement 
6. Payroll 
· Independently handling Payroll process for factory employees 
· Providing monthly Payroll Inputs to Corporate Payroll team 
· Ensuring that the payroll process completes on time with Zero Errors every month. 
7. IR 
· Periodic communication with the Union representatives 
· Instituted a structured grievance handling system for the shop floor colleagues 
Achievements: 
· Streamlined the vendor invoice processing pertaining to contract labour and other welfare related 
vendors. 
· Successfully conducted Contract Manpower Audit twice. 
· Played a vital role in forecasting the welfare budget and successfully implementing it. 
· Awarded for demonstrating “Value of keep it simple” by the Factory Leadership Team.
