Desde la isla de ColaBoraBora y las playas del procomún, nos trasladamos a la isla de B.A.T para sumarnos a sus conversaciones sobre arquitectura y convivencia. Por ello en el próximo encuentro en la playa, #HONDARTZAN_14, trabajaremos sobre la idea de espacio público.
En ColaBoraBora entendemos el espacio público como un procomún del que todas formamos parte como agentes activ*s que lo configuran, construyen, desarrollan… transforman. Apelando a ese papel activo, os invitamos a participar en este encuentro co-creativo para reflexionar jugando en torno a la configuración, vida y uso que hacemos de los espacios urbanos, generando “poemas” que den cuerpo a otras posibilidades y propuestas para los espacios que habitamos.
Para preparar esta sesión llevamos varias semanas organizando una serie de exploraciones. Hemos recogido reflexiones, ideas, debates y visiones sobre el espacio público a partir de las cuales hemos construido una ontología, provisional y parcial, que emplearemos como tablero de juego en esta cita.

Yes, you have judged it right. I am really worried about the protruded tummy which has been causing a lot of problems for me. The problems are more of my thoughts and less of my physical handicaps happening as a result of the same. I have gone lackadaisical and at the same time very sluggish because of the heavier belly. My clothes have not been fitting properly and this problem has started more pronouncedly after my retirement in October-2019. I was considering myself very active and people used to tell me that I was having good stamina and could stand at a stretch for hours together without any support. Of late I have started realizing that after some time I start searching for someplace to sit down or to take the side support to share the additional weight I have gained.
If you truly want to lose weight every day, you have to make sure you are consistently doing the best with what you have. The first key is applying discipline to your daily activities.

I am trying to lose weight. I am 17, 5"4' and I weigh 145 pounds. I want to lose weight so that I can
be happier and healthier.
A normal diet for me consists of rice/pasta (in moderation), organic vegetables, organic fruit, organic
soy milk or organic almond milk, water, and seafood.
Recently, I have started a 10 day juice fast. I am on day 4 of 10.
I admit I don't exercise a lot. T^T
If I do have time to exercise, I will do one or more of the following:

oWalking
oRunning
oJumping Jacks
oDancing
oHiking
oSwimming
oLunges
oSit Ups
oPush Ups ( I suck at these, but I try)
oCrunches
There might be more, but that's all I can think of at the moment ><.
