1. The most important key thing to be happy and healthy is to do things that you love. Health is
very important because you can only be happy if you are healthy. You need to be healthy to

or diabetes and if you eat too little it can lead your body to not getting enough nutrition. So,
eat anything moderately. Once in a while, we can eat chocolate, candies and anything that
can make us happy.
We can also get happiness by doing simple or small stuff like feeding fish at the pond and
have walking at the garden would make you stay healthy with all the good vibrant around. By
doing this, you will feel very good and delightful.
Sometimes, the happiness is not all about you but its about others. When you see
someone else have a smile in their face because of you, it will make you feel very happy and
get the sense of satisfaction. Example, you can give chocolates or even sweets to random

them. You have to appreciate them as you only get one father and mother.
