The document discusses the history of astronomy from ancient Greek astronomers to Isaac Newton. It describes how Ptolemy first proposed the geocentric model which was believed for over 1500 years. Copernicus later proposed the heliocentric model which placed the Sun at the center. Kepler took Tycho Brahe's data and developed his laws of planetary motion, showing their orbits were elliptical not circular. Galileo made important astronomical observations with his telescope that supported the heliocentric model, such as the phases of Venus and moons orbiting Jupiter. Finally, Newton explained gravity and inertia as what kept the planets in orbit around the Sun.

Upgrades to the health centers' software systems in August introduced glitches that lasted until December. To prevent future issues, the Veteran Affairs department is implementing regular safety checks, notifying staff of glitches, and creating more frequent database backups.

HIU: They Healthhealth Should Be Part of Every Cost-Containment StrategyweBranding
Telehealth involves accessing medical care remotely via phone or online. It provides timely and convenient treatment for minor illnesses, reducing costs for both individuals and employers. Telehealth has the potential to save over $300 per year for individuals and over $1,000 for families by reducing doctor's visits, urgent care visits, and ER visits. However, telehealth utilization has been lower than expected due to employees being unfamiliar with the service and reluctant to pay the typical $35-$40 fee. In order to increase telehealth usage, companies should build the doctor visit fee into program costs so employees face no barrier to access, and conduct an ongoing education campaign to increase awareness of the benefits of telehealth.

Yes, you have judged it right. I am really worried about the protruded tummy which has been causing a lot of problems for me. The problems are more of my thoughts and less of my physical handicaps happening as a result of the same. I have gone lackadaisical and at the same time very sluggish because of the heavier belly. My clothes have not been fitting properly and this problem has started more pronouncedly after my retirement in October-2019. I was considering myself very active and people used to tell me that I was having good stamina and could stand at a stretch for hours together without any support. Of late I have started realizing that after some time I start searching for someplace to sit down or to take the side support to share the additional weight I have gained.

I was heavy during my entire adult life. I always felt beautiful, but I was self-conscious about my weight. One day, after seven years of marriage and two children, I weighed myself and said. “It’s time for a change. I know I can do this!” In one year, I was down 80lbs by reducing my calorie intake and exercising 5 to 6 days a week. I went from being a couch potato to looking forward to working out! This journey has made me feel strong and powerful. I’m never looking back!
