HR Administration Department
 Complete document controlling. Date entry, training program, payroll,
attendance sheet, vocation staff, follow company policy
 Ensure the compliance of the personnel recruitment policy and maintain the
staff attendance, personnel files, leave records etc.
Administration Department
 responsibilities: Driver’s management, Supervising company's cars and
drivers and Regular car’s maintenance management
 Managing warehouse
 Follow up of company’s import and export equipment
 Logistics work
Public Relationship Department
 Following of procedure of clearance in Ministry of petroleum & investment
and Ministry up to custom office
 Preparing passports, registration, work card permission and residence (exit,
entry visa) from the Ministry of petroleum and taxation chamber and work
card permission office emigration office
 Tax chamber clearance
 Booking of air ticket.
Sales and Marketing Department
 Responsible of procurements and payable account
 Preparing the applications, this according to the purchasing plan or written
agreement, or with the invoices
 Regularly check the financial obligation of Pro Public such as; payment of
different taxes
