Duties & Responsibilities
 Ensuring that the approved Project Quality Plan is implemented on all aspects of the
project.
 Liaising with QA/QC personnel & ensuring that work carried out on site is in full
accordance with the latest approved documents (Shop drawings, method statements,
PQP, PEP, QA/QC procedures … etc.)
 Preparing/developing QA/QC procedures where required to establish an effective
QA/QC system for the project.
 Reviewing & approving all QA/QC procedures and all quality related documents for main
