TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
Started my career in sales of flexible packaging materials, carry bags, shopping bags,
shrink films, stretch film & construction rolls.& etc and converts 50 tons of various
polymers/month. These flexible packaging divisions consisting multiple products like
packaging purpose films shrink film and stretch wrap film, co-extruded films and
producing able to multi layer color films up to eight color gravure printing & flexo
printing technology.
Flexible Packaging Films : Thorough knowledge of all kinds of Plastic packaging materials /
Polymers (PVC , PET, HDPE, PP, OPP, BOPP, Pearlised, Metalized, PET, CPP, LDPE films)
and Aluminum Foil etc.
Worked with Mono layer, Bi-Laminates, Triple layer and Four layer laminates. Dealing customers
in up to 8 color Rotogravure and Flexo printing by Rotomec, Cerruti, Ficsher & Crecke and
Comexi machines. Thorough knowledge of Rolls, Bags, Centre Seal, 3 Side Sear, Zipper, Stand
up pouches, Labels etc.
Have formulated various combinations of multi-layer structures to suit end-use
applications exclusively for HOT FILL JUICES, TOMATO KETCHUP/TOMATO PASTE,
SPICES, MILKPOWDER & LIQUOR PACKAGING WITH OUT BARRIER FILM which are of
high volume usage.
Also I have good exposure on manufacturing HIGH BARRIER PE FILMS AND EVOH
FILM in multi-layer structures, controlled atmospheric packaging, stretch hood,
shrink hood, collation shrink and surface protection film as part of increasing the
sales in market. Development new products through out my career extending over 5
