Order management :
1.Projecting orders in crm system .
2. Educating customers on our order system and its implementation.
3. Analysing and Forwarding sales order to the mills.
4.Tracking material status and confirming same to the customer.
5. Payment review and managing accounts for credits.
6. Payment Follow up with customer.
Logistics and Distribution:
1. Coordinating with logistic team for Shipment Schedules .
2. Monitoring of Goods-in-Transit (GIT) , cargo ready status .
3.Coordinating between Mill and Customer for ensuring proper documentation .
4. Understanding and resolving customer concerns.
5. Monitoring lead-time. Freight management system maintenance and resolving
related issues.
Customer Service :
1. Handling a high volume of customer enquiries and providing a high quality of
service to each caller.
2. Effectively communicating with customers about their issues in a professional and
friendly manner.
3. Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments .
4. Meeting customers for promotion of products and organizing events for same
purpose.
Others:
1. Assisting Managers in Sales Promotion.
2. Preparing sales report on regular basis.
3. Submitting Sales and Finances related to orders for claiming commission on BO’s
behalf.
4. Target allotment for sales persons.
5. Active participation in Sales promotion activities and conferences.
Educational Qualification:
 Post Graduation from Sikkim Manipal University in 2013.
 Graduation (B.Com Hons. ), University Of Delhi in 2010 with Second Division.
 Senior Secondary Education (Commerce), CBSE in 2007 with 88 % marks.
 Secondary Education , CBSE in 2005 with 79% marks.
Computer Skills:
 Working knowledge of MS-Office.
 Internet savvy.
 Microsoft Excel.
 Basic knowledge and experience of working with software – SAP, CRM and
Citrix.
