The project includes the process of 630 VAR(17-4 PH) grade material forging and heat treatment according
to the customer mqcp and its process and its document preparations according to the Siemens
requirements which also includes all mechanical properties. My involvement in this, processing of heat
treatment cycles for these forged blades to get required mechanical properties (hardness, tensile, % El etc.,)
and document preparation and graphs of forging, hardening and tempering process according to the
customer mqcp.

The project includes the process of 410s grade material forging and heat treatment according
