Functional Experience: 11 years
Presently working in M/s Safess Quality Management Pvt. Ltd. in Bhandup for Static and Mobile
pressure vessels inspection as per Gas Fired Rules, 2004. It involves Periodic certification of Gas
Fired Equipments and calibration of Safety Return valve, Internal Valve and excess flow valve at site
from October 2015 till date. Inspection at Site: BPCL, HPCL, Gail, ONGC LPG Bottling Plant & ALDS
as per requirements of PESO (Petroleum Explosive and Safety Organization).
Earlier working in Jacobs Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. C.B.D. Belapur office under contract Dash
Incorporate (India) Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai for Project CPCL Refinery, NIRMA SAP, Reliance - Jamnagar
from Jan. 2015 till September 2015.
Responsibilities: -
• Carrying out day-to-day job surveillance and the Inspection activities as per approved QAP’s
and relevant standards.
• Ensure the fulfillment of project Welding Requirements (Fabrications and Welding
specifications, WPS, Welding Books, Project procedures, etc.).
• To check out defects in welding (SAW, MIG TIG, Gas Welding & Electrode Welding) by LPT
Test, Magnetic Particles Test, Ultrasonic Test, Radiographic Test.
• Ensure the proper implementation of operating procedures issued by the welding technological
engineer.
• Ensure that welding activities are carried out according to technical procedures and
specifications with a view to cost optimization.
• Assist the Welding Foreman in the operational decision related to the welding variable setting
and insure total understanding of the welding team, the welding inspectors, the QC
supervisors and NDE team in controlling and maintaining quality standard.
• Documents Review: welding procedure specification (WPS & PQR) as per applicable code.
• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plans.
• Using codes- ASME SEC V, ASME SEC IX, ASME SEC II, AWS D 1.1.
• Technical documentation of all the field project specification modifications and technical
queries.
• Welding parameters and report deviations identification.
• Technical welding and welding assistance team, certification, technical assignment and
reclassification.
• Provide production improvement solution, investment proposal; report any eventual problems
to the vessel management team in the view to reach the safety, quality and productivity
targets.
• Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the Welding
activities.
• Assure that Welding Equipment are properly and periodically maintained and in good
conditions before their employment in production

• Inspection of all welding activities prior, during, and after welding which include material check,

• Document review of all material & consumable.
• Inspection & monitoring of all welding activities prior, during, and after, which include material

and pneumatic test.
 Coordination with third party inspection agency like AI, LRA, EIL, PDIL, client etc. for job inspection.
 Coordination with Design, Projects, Production, Quality & Welding dept. for Technical support.
 Preparation & controlling of various quality documentation and ISO 9001-2008 documents.
 Preparation, controlling & forwarding “MDR” for all code jobs of ASME Sec.VIII Div.1, 2; Sec.I.
 Preparation & forwarding of vendor data book as per client’s requirements in stipulated time
period.

Responsibilities: - • Carrying out day-to-day job surveillance and the Inspection activities as per approved QAP’s and relevant standards. • Ensure the fulfillment of project Welding Requirements (Fabrications and Welding specifications, WPS, Welding Books, Project procedures, etc.). • To check out defects in welding (SAW, MIG TIG, Gas Welding & Electrode Welding) by LPT Test, Magnetic Particles Test, Ultrasonic Test, Radiographic Test. • Ensure the proper implementation of operating procedures issued by the welding technological engineer. • Ensure that welding activities are carried out according to technical procedures and specifications with a view to cost optimization. • Assist the Welding Foreman in the operational decision related to the welding variable setting and insure total understanding of the welding team, the welding inspectors, the QC supervisors and NDE team in controlling and maintaining quality standard. • Documents Review: welding procedure specification (WPS & PQR) as per applicable code. • Preparation of Quality Assurance Plans. • Using codes- ASME SEC V, ASME SEC IX, ASME SEC II, AWS D 1.1. • Technical documentation of all the field project specification modifications and technical queries. • Welding parameters and report deviations identification. • Technical welding and welding assistance team, certification, technical assignment and reclassification. • Provide production improvement solution, investment proposal; report any eventual problems to the vessel management team in the view to reach the safety, quality and productivity targets. • Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the Welding activities. • Assure that Welding Equipment are properly and periodically maintained and in good conditions before their employment in production Page 1 of 4
