•Presently working with Punj Lloyd Ltd. Manufacturing & system Integrated
Division, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh). Punj Lloyd - MSID has the experience and the
expertise to carry out the manufacturing of aerospace, nuclear component &

Job Responsibilities:
•Prepare, review and approve Non Destructive Examination (NDE) Procedures in
order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standard.
•Organizing NDT Level I & II training program and qualifying NDE personnel in
accordance with SNT-TC-1A.
•Coordination with the clients and team members.
•Establishing Welding procedure i.e. WPS, PQR & WPQ and get it approved by
client. Established procedure on various materials like C.S, SS-304L, Al 6061,
including dissimilar material like Inconel to SS304-L & Inconel Overlaying on P1
material as per ASME Sec-IX.
•Preparation of process documents for new projects like QAP, Process Flow
diagram, Route card, work instructions etc.
•All stages inspection including Dimensional, NDT (VT, PT, MT, UT & RT film
interpretation), Hydro test, pneumatic test, Load test of fabricated structures,
Blasting & Painting as per approved procedure/ client specification/International
code per ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 & III NB,NC,ND.
•Preparation, review, maintenance and archiving of comprehensive inspection
reports.
•To ensure that quality assurance standards, QAP and procedures are maintained
during mass production. Detecting Non- conformance during and after the
operation/rectification.
•Rejection / Rework analysis and calculation of its budgetary impact on the project.
•Standardizing manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce cost & ensure
timely delivery of products. To implement & motivate Kaizen culture.
•Witness welder qualification tests. Inspection of test pieces including destructive
test, and verifying compliance with appropriate standards and specifications.
•Inspecting surface preparation like blasting and painting as per project requirement
and painting spec.
