ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN ENGINEER:
 Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main
Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for Windbox,
Burner, Oil gun and accessories..
 Responsible for analyzing the quires from Production team, Quality and preparing
accurate General Arrangement and Layout Drawings.
 Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM)
before it is released to manufacturing.
 Involved in training of new Engineers joining the Design Department.
 Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people
involved in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas.

2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A OUTSOURCING ENGINEER:
 Collecting drawings from Production team and studying the requirement.
 Preparation of cutting plan and releasing to the concern production engineering
 Overall Knowledge on different machining process.
 Allotting Work center depending on work requirement
 Daily follow up with work center and reporting the status to management.
 Following up with the suppliers for timely delivery to material.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PRODUCTION ENGINEER:
 Collecting data's from drawing related to welded consumables joint preparation and fittup
 Inspection at various stages like layout check, welding check, hydro test, and coating
 Preparation of material plan and also providing inputs in order to avoid material wastage
 Planning manpower resources with required tools, consumables to carry out the erection and
commissioning activities
 Preparation of fabrication, erection schedule to meet the target with in planned time frame
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROCUREMENT ENGINEER:
 Following up with the suppliers for timely delivery to material
 Following up with the supplier for material test certificate
 Procurement of material, Physical Inspection, Stacking, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum
level of critical & Fast-Moving Items, All production documents
 Preparation of cutting plan and releasing to the concern production engineering
 I have knowledge on material classification, welding, studying of GA drawing, BOM
preparation, production planning and scheduling.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A QC ENGINEER:
 Inspection & verify receiving material as per drawing and co-ordinate with client inspector for
Incoming material inspection.
 Prepare material receiving report as per project drawing, material inspection report and Fit up,
visual report.
 carried out steel structure fit up inspection as per drawing, visual inspection of welds as per
project specification &standard and steel structure dimensional inspection.
 Prepare NDT request for visual inspection complicated steel structure with co-ordinate NDT
team.
 Following to update the steel structure NDT results, steel structure release report and tractability.
 Following to blasting & Painting request form with co-ordinate with client.
 Verifies suitability of process plans and tooling to assure compliance to engineering requirements
or approved specifications.
 Reports inspection test results per applicable codes. Standards and specification.
 Accepts or rejects products based upon conformation to the preceding.
 Completes inspection logbook showing accept/reject parts.
 Stamps appropriate documentation/hardware indicating acceptance or rejection of product.
 Conducts required precleaning, post cleaning and proper handling of materials and parts being
inspected and Reports all equipment’s malfunctions and equipment due for calibration to the
Quality Director.
