 Coordinate with Warehouse Department for timely arrangement
of equipment deliveries to the project site(s).
 Tracking of shipments under customs clearance, track shipments
under CITC & Customs and forward information & documents to
Logistics department for shipmets clearance and delivery.
 Arrange delivery of materials to sites, operate and control the
project team and provide feedback to the Project Manager.
 Secure Material Acceptances/Relevant Delivery Notes of the
deliveries made and forward them to Finance Dept. to be Invoiced
