o Maintain confidentiality at all times.
o Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any
contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
o Purchase tenders.
o Check the tender terms and Designing a solution that meets these
requirements.
o Study items with Sales Team (Sales, Sales Managers, and Marketing
Managers).
o Determine the appropriate price (GPM).
o Producing a pricing structure that will win the bid as well as produce a
profit by the end of the project.
o Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales
records and to produce reports for both the team and for the board of
directors when required.
o To follow relevant procedures for documents, authorization, samples
and dispatch.
o Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistency of the
deadlines
o Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle. To edit

o Receive and deal with enquiries from colleagues and Clients concerning
Tenders.
