 Change management programmes: I focus on enabling the organisation to win the buy-in of their
employees on the change. To make this happen I challenge them to recognize the changes in the
broader business environment while developing the necessary adjustments for their
organisation’s needs. This is followed by training their employees on the necessary changes and
winning the support of the employees by showing them what they could gain from the change.
 Country office team programmes: International organisations have teams working in various
countries, and these multicultural teams experience challenges ranging from development of
trust, lack of commitment, fear of confronting conflicts, and avoidance of accountability to an

between leaders and those whom they lead. I facilitate programmes to enable participants

other, and building team communication and commitment, and supporting each other as we build
more effective teams and shared leadership.
