The Supreme Court of India is the independent court of law and final interpreter of the constitution according to Articles 131 and 132. It has original jurisdiction over disputes between the central government and states, and appellate jurisdiction to ensure it is the soul arbitrator between different levels of government. The Supreme Court's authority is established through provisions for original jurisdiction, appellate jurisdiction, advisory jurisdiction, writ jurisdiction, and special powers.

• Supreme court of India is the independent court of law which under
