This document discusses the judging process for the IDEAS2011 Global Challenge. It introduces 85 judges who will review up to 6 proposals each and evaluate the innovation, feasibility, impact, and alignment with IDEAS. Judges will provide recommendations that will be interpreted by organizers to assign awards to the top selections. The process will be primarily online, so pacing, coordination, and follow-up will be pressure points. A sample timeline is provided, and judges are encouraged to communicate as a cohesive team to navigate the process.
