John-Paul knows a thing or two about beating the odds. In addition to being the first deaf student to receive a B.A.
from the University of San Diego, he credits the challenges he has faced with shaping him into the person he is today.
He developed a natural instinct to help others address their challenges head-on, to not only meet but also exceed
their expectations. He has a sincere passion to help, motivate, and teach others to reach their full potential. JP has a
strong understanding that fitness is not just physical, but mental as well. He believes the first step before achieving
your goal is to eliminate all and any negativity in your head. He is excited to incorporate that mind-set with his love
of fitness, in order to help you achieve overall well-being and reach your ultimate goals.
