It also engages in social development projects to aid underprivileged individuals and communities through initiatives like food distribution, health services, and skills training. Currently, the center is seeking individuals and organizations in need of assistance and is looking for sponsorships to further support its objectives.

Andrea has always been active in sports from a young age and pursued a degree in health education. She discovered Kaia FIT to prepare for her wedding and never looked back. She became a certified coach in 2013 and now co-owns this location with her friend and mentor Yifat Chen. Andrea believes promoting health, disease prevention and happiness through fitness was her calling. She has accomplished multiple bike rides, triathlons and other athletic events and enjoys cooking, shopping and spending time with her family outside of her work at Kaia FIT.

Participants will be taught to recognize common barriers to church participation for children and adults with common mental health conditions, introduced to a series of strategies for including persons with mental illness into the full range of ministry activities offered by the local church and provided with the resources necessary to initiate a mental health ministry planning process. This is a 3 hour workshop divided into 2 parts.
