Brandi Jackson established Brandi
Jackson Wellness in 2014. Brandi has
been a practicing clinician for 8 years
and found herself explaining the
benefits of exercise, mindset and
nutrition to clients with high stress,
depression, and anxiety symptoms
often. Brandi noticed that when her
clients practiced whole food based
nutrition, regular exercise and
wellness counseling, their health and
mood improved. Clients not only got
the results they wanted but learned
how to keep their progress!
3. Brandi has a Bachelor's Degree in Child
and Family Studies, a Masters Degree in
Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW) for Mental Health
Therapy, located in East Bay California.
Brandi also received her 200+ Hour Master
Hypnotherapy Practitioner Certification in
2016. Brandi extended her knowledge of
physical Fitness in 2018 becoming a
Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic
Nutritionist via the American Fitness
Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
Brandi is an advocate for holistic methods
being the biggest factor to change how
clients feel, look, and how they take action
for long term success and breakthroughs.
