 Prepare Base line Schedule and update project schedule based on BOQs, Drawings, Conditions of Contract.
 Meet with the project team periodically.
 Prepare and Update the Program of Works.
 Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
 Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of
weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
 Monitor day to day work progress and prepare - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, special meetings, etc)
 Prepare weekly and monthly program (Look ahead Schedule).
 Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
 Preparing Narrative Summary reflecting work progress summary.
 Monitor and update the Production Rates.
 Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
 Update the Project Team with changes to the Critical Path.
 Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.

plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
 Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client and Consultant as required.
 Update the Program of Works with the Variations to Scope, time and cost of project.

 Ensure that the Program is realistic at all time; It must include all the scope of work and represent the current
progress of activities at site.
