 Understand work scope, and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering,
manufacturing and construction disciplines.
 Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the

development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling ,cost estimating
and project control.
 Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using
scheduling software.
 Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the
overall project master schedule.
 Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment
and materials ) availability, production and construction sequences.
 Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
 Understand and able to utilize planning tools ORACLE PRIMAVERA-P6
 Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as
required.
 Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
 To develop accurate and realistic schedules for activities using ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6
R16.1/Microsoft Project all version.
 Identification, calculation and allocation of all required resources to complete the job within
planned budget for projects.
 Responsible to prepare project progress / status reports.
 To perform, monitor and present project estimating & forecasting functions. Producing the
manpower and equipment Histograms and generating the corresponding progress S-Curve for the
project using Primavera/MS project.

 Preparation of daily progress report for the project and examining the effect of progress against
the base line schedule.
 Preparation of different kind of progress analysis reports to check the critical point of the job.
 Planning of daily and one day forecast activities and arranging the permit for forecast activities
following the permit to work system of company.
 Project Budget, Costing & Profit-Loss analysis.
 To Prepare, update & maintain Level-III project plans using ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6 V16.1
and set the project targets, milestones & critical path.
 Progress monitoring of all project activities going on to ensure that the project is progressing as
planned & targets are being met till its completion.
 Responsible to prepare Project Progress Measurement System & Management Information
Reports including monthly & quarterly project progress reports.
