HSE & QA Officer based in Pangasinan Responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring the company’s HSE policy in order to be consistent with local laws, guidelines and procedures in particular set-up by the relevant government agency (i.e. Department of Environment and Natural Resources [DENR] Actively participates in the initiatives set by the Emergency Management System team Actively participates in the audits to be conducted on local operations, suppliers and service providers Manages, monitors and implement requisite remediation plans for warehouse operations and distribution safety within the context of the company’s guidelines on HS&E Performs roles and responsibilities associated with a Pollution Control Officer for remote storage facilities Responsible for the appropriate development of packaging (including labels) and its enhancements for both new and established products respectively within reasonable expectation for time-to-market. Liaise with appropriate local 3rd party suppliers and service providers for appropriate alternatives

HSE & QA Officer based in Pangasinan Conducts the necessary activities as a pre-requisite for accreditation of suppliers (e.g. contract negotiation, inspection audits, amongst others) Monitors and evaluates performance of suppliers together with the Purchasing Officer to ensure compliance with set service or quality levels. Identify and implement improvements to the warehouse operations and distribution safety to enhance and maintain levels of quality (e.g. costs of rework, etc.) and customer satisfaction KPIs (e.g. OTIF, etc.) Identifies improvement plans to ensure the quality of products Coordinates and facilitates the resolution of SC-related customer complaints both inter-company and 3rd party Responsible for the maintenance of appropriate QM set-up in SAP and acts as the QM Supervisor

Professional Engineer with 5-15 years experience in power industry facilities engineering. Equivalent experience in the petro-chemical industry or other heavy industrial environment. Strong project management experience is desirable. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience is required. Understanding of design criteria, facilities, project planning, building construction, building systems and administration. Experience with financial analysis, planning and budgets. Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills required.
7. Accounting Supervisor This person leads a team of Accounting Staff and is responsible for managing its day-to-day operations and activities, ensures accuracy and timeliness in recording financial transactions in compliance with international accounting standards, tax, statutory requirements and corporate policies. Must be a CPA With 4-6 years of relevant working experience Oracle knowledge is preferred but not essential Able to generate and analyze different Accounting reports
8. Accounting Analyst The person assists in the preparation of management reports and financial analysis to determine profitability and financial performance of the Company and generating power plants. Gather and formulate statistical data useful in developing operational performance reports. Responsible for review and analysis of revenue, costs, expenses, fixed assets, inventory and tax accounts. Assist in the development of operating budgets and financial plans. Participate in GL accounts reconciliation and analytical activities in aid of management reporting and statutory reporting. Obtain and provide supporting records, documentation, and analysis of financial transactions in aid of financial audits, tax examinations and due diligence.
9. Accounting Analyst Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA. With at least 2 years relevant work experience in accounting functions particularly in GL Accounts analysis. Must have work experience using automated financial systems. With strong analytical abilities. Proficient in automated financial systems. With very good communication and interpersonal skills
10. Accountant The person is responsible for validating, reviewing, processing and recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and established policies and procedures. Ensure transactions are duly approved and properly documented. Perform substantiation and analysis of Expense accounts and GL Account balances. Obtain and provide supporting records, documentation and analysis of financial transactions in aiding inquiries by customers, vendors, related parties user-departments and management. Performs regular and timely reconciliation of accounts with Vendors, Affiliates and Employees. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA. With at least 2 years work experience in Accounting functions. Must have work experience using automated financial systems. With strong analytical abilities. With very good communication and interpersonal skills.
