SUMMARY:
Assists the Sales Department by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Work with client proprietary systems
Update sales planners and tracking spreadsheets
Update distribution tracking, pricing reports, new item tracking and special business tracking
Manager deductions, post audits, purchase orders and Bill of Lading for clients
Maintain the customers POL system
Update specific client reports
Coordinate projects to meet administration requirements for the client
Manage customer service and claim alerts
Assist with preparation for sales meeting and customer/client meetings
And all other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Some College and 3 years retail experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
LAUNGAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond
to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amount such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to
interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and
deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
