seven Area Maintenance positions assigned to specific areas throughout the medical
center. As a maintenance supervisor I can incumbent establishes priorities and deadlines
for all work. My 29 years of working in a maintenance shop and managing subordinate’s
makes is easy to do my job. I have been a supervisor for over 10 years and the need to
excel in this area, my work ethic make this a great position, and can determines which
assignments can be done concurrently and determines the number of employees, material,
and equipment needed to perform the work. As a supervisor I can assigns, directs, and
reviews the work of subordinates and evaluates their work performance is incumbent, as
a supervisor with subordinates it important that the position worked is performed in the
shop. As a maintenance supervisor I have researched and solves problems related to the
work, with this position I will explains and gains the support of subordinates for
management policies and goals. As a maintenance supervisor I have worked to achieve

Incumbent I am responsible for Area Maintenance Shop's routine functions as well as
emergent functions which may occur on off hours and on weekends. I will Serves as a
primary point of contact for emergent needs within the scope of the Area Maintenance
Shop's responsibility. As supervisor incumbent may assist with the Area Maintenance
Shop trades in the event of tight deadlines, emergencies, and/or staff shortages. In this
position the incumbent also fills in for the Facilities Operations Specialist Supervisor on
occasion.
SPECIALIZED- I have at least six years of experience in applying principles, concepts,
and methods of equipment and facility or service operation.
I am sufficient in designing projects or planning assignments. My experience in using well-
established occupational methods and techniques to determine facility, grounds,
equipment, overhaul, maintenance, restoration, repairs and needs. I have printed design
layouts and, etc. I have experience in working and serving as the contractor
representative to ensure compliance with the contract scheduling and sequence of
operations. My experience in coordinating work forces and resources and negotiating with
management or clients concerning problems. I am experience in managing the function
of the work to be performed. In the last 6 years I have experience which includes leading,
directing and assigning work of personnel.
