Your responsibilities:
• Source, select and manage suppliers.
• Develop and industrialize new products with clear development planning.
• Master and optimize product costs.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of products at your suppliers.
• Launch and pilot continuous improvement projects with your suppliers to make progress on
their performances (quality, safety, environment, toxicology) and social compliance.
• Set up a plan of controls of your products before shipment
• Measure and correct discrepancies through action plans follow up
• Ensure the process applying in production lines.
Set up continuous improvements actions on the field
Your profile:
• Fluent in English (speaking French is an advantage)
• Work in Hue with regular business trips in VN or oversea
• Mobile to receive 3 months-training in HCMC
• Sportive and determined
• Organization and prioritize your actions
• Strong leadership and convincing communicator
• Understanding about production, especially in textile would be
clear advantage or major in Industry
