• Developed and maintained a series of COBOL85 programs which extracted, reformatted and passed data elements
from the mainframe to a UNIX platform via FTP
• The data elements consisted of policy, claims, cancellations, reinstatements, premiums, and recovery fields
• The elements were loaded into a warehouse system that was used as a business tool for analysis and forecasting of
over 780 million dollars worth of business.
• Was the technical resource involved in the conversion of 20 to 50 million annual dollars worth of policies from one
insurer to Midland and was recognized publicly for me efforts.
