Provided on-call support 24x7 by addressing abends due to code, data, or mainframe or Teradata machine
issues and analyzing and fixing production problems as quickly as possible by either restarting process or
re-running process. Ensured quality of production code and production data. Served as a member of several
corporate teams representing applications and production support.

• Created and executed plan to move Teradata machines from Dallas to Lee's Summit, including backing

• Ensured data in warehouses were backed up by creating and implementing production jobs. Ran special
back-ups as required as part of project implementation.
• Worked sysplex merge project which reduced redundant datasets in mainframe complex. Project
involved analyzing all duplicate datasets, attending weekly meetings, and making and implementing
appropriate code changes.
• Divided back-up jobs into multiple jobs, decreasing run time and enabling SLAs to be met.
