listened to the teams’ ideas as we were planning lessons to be taught, and made
sure to interject her own ideas but never in a manner that was off-putting or put
others on the defensive. Lori was always prepared; her excellent organizational
skills ensured that she was always ready the moment the students entered the
classroom.
Lori creates a fabulous connection with her students; she is able to build bridges
with them making sure she educates the whole child. Her students knew she
cared about them, held them to high standards, and truly wanted the best for

can be successful. She is a hands-on teacher who allows students to grapple
with the content instead of simply telling them the answers.
