Kara Fraki was the K-8 art teacher at HOPE Community Academy during the 2014-2015 school year. Jennifer Moser, a kindergarten teacher, observed Kara three times as her peer observer. Kara worked hard to integrate art projects with academic lessons and school-wide learning strategies. Jennifer saw Kara's teaching improve over the three observations as Kara eagerly implemented feedback.
