The LeapPad tablet is chosen by parents and teachers to improve children's cognitive development in math, English, and science without needing cartridges. However, the LeapPad has outdated technology including a poor quality touch screen that children are unable to use with their fingers, as well as poor graphics. While the LeapPad allows children to learn at their own pace, reviews find the tablet to be completely rubbish due to its outdated features.
