Personal statement
I am a self motivated, focused and driven individual who works wellas part of
a team as well as on my own. If chosen for the role, I feel I can bring new and
exciting ideas to the work environmentthat help increasethe customer service
level within the company. I always meet new challenges head on and with my
full focus to ensure I complete all tasks to the highestlevel possible.

I attended ProspectCollege and achieved 9 GCSE’s A-Cgrade. The courses I

Sales Executive
Within this job I have3 major key roles. First is to develop relationships over
the phoneto maximise sales opportunity. We do this by using an automated
dialler systemwhich rings out to customers which have enquired online.
Second is compliance which is a massivefocus. Being an FCA regulated
company and selling FCA regulated products wehave to adhere to massive
compliance structures to ensureour customers get treated fairly and are not
misled in anyway. Third is administration. We have to take responsibility of any
customers wespeak to, ensuring we input data correctly and securely, we keep
all their data safe and confidential and that we call back at the time and day
that suits them, without fail.

Shop in Shop Promoter for Samsung
This role follows closely to my previous role in the senseof gaining the
maximum amount of sales for said Company. However, thedifferences in this
particular role is that, as I am employed by Dixons retail, I have to ensureall
customers receive the best level of customer serviceregardless of their
purchase.

As a Shop in Shop Promoter, my job role is to ensure the maximum amount of
sales for the specific company (in this caseSamsung) areachieved by using key
selling points and USPs of each device during an interaction and demonstration
process. I show each customer, based on their specific needs, which device will
be the mostbeneficial for them in terms of screen size, device size, specific
features etc. I havepromoted in multiple stores such as Phones4u and
CarphoneWarehouseand haveadapted to each stores way of selling.

Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant at Phones4u, working as partof a team as well as on my
own, I am aiming for set targets and KPI’s each month to ensuremy store
meets and exceeds it expected monthly target while making surethe
customer’s needs and wishes aremet.
My duties included in this job role are cash handling, meeting specific
customer needs and wishes, housekeeping, stock control, counts and reports,
deliveries, returns.

targets for each month, all the while making surethe customer’s needs were

Returns/Repairs Manager
While dealing with the returns and repairs of customer items as the returns
manager, I would be fully focused on ensuring the customer that they would
receive the utmostlevel of service. I was also part of a small team dedicated to
helping customers find specialistitems for summer or winter sports i.e. ski
wear in winter. My duties included in this role where cash handling, customer
service, meeting and exceeding target sales figures, stock controland
replenishment, deliveries, dealing with customer specific needs, which meant
that I dealt with customer queries and complaints on different matters in
regards to items purchased in store.
Personal interests
I enjoy socialising with friends, watching films, reading, repairing cars.
