I originally studied fitness and sport for the 4 years, to succeed in my long term goal of becoming a
physiotherapist. Since then I have worked in customer service. I will always adapt to a new working
environment and can be flexible where necessary, I strive on a new challenge, where I am not afraid of
taking responsibility of new tasks, as well as being supportive towards colleagues. I take time to build
strong foundations with colleagues, being dedicated to fulfilling my potential, bringing new creative ideas to
my role. I strive to stay positive and professional, making myself approachable in any circumstances. I
believe that consistency is essential in a working environment, maintaining high standards in time keeping
and being self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed towards the job. I can be trusted to work alone and

Customer Team Member, Co-op Foods June 2016-Feb 2017
My latest employment was within the Co op, working in a fast paced busy store. My Duties ranged from
working in a high paced environment on the tills, handling money, packing bags, selling memberships and
dealing with any other customer requests, such as complaints and enquiries as well as maintaining a high
level of fantastic customer service. My other roles within the Co op included stacking shelves assisting
with orders, checking product dates, managing the reductions, putting papers out on a morning and
sending old ones back, restocking the back stock as well as keeping the place tidy and a safe
environment for colleagues and customers. Data input was a major part of the role, complying the staff
policies to maintain and update records of stock, delivery times, reduction times, waste data and any
incidents that took place.
Customer service advisor, Sitel Feb 2016-May 2016
My role within Sitel consisted of working on the whirlpool campaign, assisting customers with issues on
tumble dryers. The main part of the role was gaining information from the customer to submit a form to
then book an engineer appointment which was agreed with the customer. The reason i left this role was
the campaign ended
Customer Service Advisor, Teleperformance Sep 2013 – Aug 2014
Whilst working at Teleperfomance I gained experience in a variety of roles, ranging from sales, assisting
with team leader tasks, assisting colleagues on improving their skills and assisting with the recruitment
process. Whilst maintaining a high standard of work myself and consistently hitting my targets.
Leisure Assistant/ Student, Newcastle College Sep 2010 – Aug 2012
This was work based as part of my studies at Newcastle College over a two year period. My duties included
taking clients through inductions and personal training sessions. Giving client’s advice on training and
giving demonstrations, cleaning of the gym and spa area, moving and setting up equipment, following and
carrying out health and safety procedures, resolving client complaints and dealing with membership data of
clients.
General Assistant, Burnside Leisure Centre Nov 2009 – Dec 2009
I took part in an eight week work based placement at Burnside Leisure Centre during my study at Churchill
Community College six form. My duties included working as part as the leisure team, moving, setting up
and putting away of equipment throughout the working hours, supervising under 10’s and 14’s action clubs,
data inputting, answering the telephone and taking payments and issuing receipts.
