Responsibilities include managing a crew of 5 inside sales people, handle customer
Service, Tech Support including questions about our website and its features,
products etc. Give power-point presentations during sales meetings to 50+ people
including hand outs, Q&A etc.
Accomplishments
● Managerial role supervising 4 other Inside Sales Reps to be sure we are
meeting goals, and growing our business constantly.

My role as an Inside Sales Rep is to manage 3-400 accounts (shared with outside
reps & personals). My daily duties entail calling and servicing these accounts (Using
the “Triangle Selling Method”) Handling all issues first when checking in with my
dealer principals and always remembering to mention a new product that will work
and sell through in their dealership.
Average 100+ Outbound Calls a week and at least the same in Inbound Calls
(Customers & Road Reps) all while still handling 500+ Emails a week at the same
time, So Multi-Tasking is not unknown here. Responsible for Customer Service /
Tech Support (Product, Website usage, and our FTP Server) /Handle Returns /
Trade Show Give away’s as well as anything else that pops up during the course of
the day.
Accomplishments
● Bringing new customers to the Company and growing their business as a
good partner should (“Always give a superior level of service” is my personal
credo).
● Manage all daily business including Backorders, New Orders, Stock Checks,
Web Orders, Website Tutorial, Passwords, ETC. (need to be able to
quadruple task for sure)
● Learned long ago to “Never put off what you can do right now” otherwise it
will never get done when your busy.
Adjure Inc. – Sales
Commerce, CA. — 2005 - 2002
Handled Inside Sales (Retail direct and Distributor Calls). Retail customers that were
walk in’s as well as product Tech Support / Customer service for all product lines.
Also had to do Trade Shows, Open House Events as well as charity events for local
Hog Chapters, Law Enforcement, and Local Fire Departments events. Also New
Product press releases, etc.
Learned to manage a website, updating data, inventory, photo shopping images so
customers had the tools to order the correct product as simply as possible. (K.I.S.S.
(keep it simple stupid))

General Education Diploma — 1984 - 1987
Auto Shop, Music , AP Offsite Technical Class in Aircraft Mechanics , A- Period
Class (BEFORE SCHOOL) that included 1st Period Class (SO 2 HR CLASS EACH
DAY) in “Applied Economics”. We created a company, producted a product,
created a marketing plan, brought it to market, sold the product retail as our goal
was to generate a profit as our final grade for the class. Also as extra credit went off
campus for several weeks to teach our learned economics skills to elementary
school kids in the area. share what we learned and how to make it fun so they will
remember what we showed them.
