This paper analyzes the bit error rate (BER) performance of a MIMO system utilizing a rotational precoder and orthogonal space-time block code (OSTBC) alongside zero-forcing (ZF) and minimum mean square error (MMSE) equalizers. The study demonstrates how the proposed precoding techniques outperform existing methods in reducing BER under various conditions. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of adaptive equalization and effective channel state information in improving communication reliability and efficiency.
