This document discusses leveraging information technology to improve road safety in Bangladesh by reducing human error. Major causes of traffic problems include less educated drivers, insufficient enforcement of laws, and human behavior. The approach involves preparing drivers with an intelligent system to reduce negligence through smart driving tests that only allow eligible drivers. A proposed smart driving license system would integrate automation and compare different countries' systems. The goal is to discover driver knowledge and behaviors through data analysis to deploy an app that analyzes training, suggests content, and builds confidence to improve road safety.

2. Problem Statement
Transportation is the backbone of every country which
wants to develop, but we are facing serious traffic problems
such as congestion, crashes, and even death every day.
This is a serious problem that directly impacts individuals,
society, and the economy. Major causes of the problems
are less educated drivers on the road, insufficient
application of traffic laws and regulations, structural
problems, and stochastic behavior of human nature.

3. Motivation
• This is the era of IR 4.0. Everything is getting digitalized.
• Even automated cars are considered for human safety in developed countries.
• Countries like Bangladesh needs more infrastructure to facilitate those advanced
technologies thus we can anticipate that we must rely on human drivers for a
couple of decades.
• Most accidents happen because of human error and incognizance.
• Thus, we are motivated to leverage IR 4.0 technologies for safer roads to decrease
such incidents caused by human error.
