Michael Gdovin, the Fire Chief, is presenting on ADA renovations to the Alamo Heights Pool to bring the men's and women's restrooms into ADA compliance, make access to and from the office ADA compliant, and redo ADA access on the north side of the pool. Staff recommends awarding the $42,965 bid contract to Paloma Blanca Enterprises, Inc. to perform the restroom work, while Alamo Heights Public Works will perform the flat work. Funding is included in the Capital Projects Fund.
