• Fitness equipment provider Rogue Fitness plans to consolidate and expand its administrative,
manufacturing and distribution operations into a 600,000-square-foot facility at the former Timken Co.
site, located at 1047 Cleveland Avenue, near East Fifth Avenue. The company has pledged to create 90
full-time jobs as it relocates 337 existing Columbus jobs in the complex. The transaction will provide a
big boost towards leasing activity in Columbus’ East submarket. Rogue Fitness started in a Toledo
garage in 2007. The manufacturer serves the CrossFit network and also sells to home fitness
enthusiasts. It currently has its headquarters at 1080 Steelwood Road, near Kenny and Kinnear roads.
