Windows Phone now has over 100,000 apps available across 180+ countries, a significant increase from the 123 apps available in 38 countries when using Windows Phone 7.x. While Windows Phone 7.5 supported 24 languages, Windows Phone 8 supports 50 languages. Developers can build apps targeting both Windows Phone 7.5 and the new Windows Phone 8 platform to reach more users, and include in-app products to monetize their apps.
