Serves as the Network Plans Manager for the Assistant Chief of Staff, Chief
Information Officer of 10th Mountain Division (LI) rapid deployment force of

account the audience and nature of information and ensures daily integration of
Signal Operations of the Division's Chief Information Officer and supporting
section by oral presentations which identifies problems, determines accuracy and
relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate
alternatives, and to make recommendations.

Signal Systems Integration Manager
Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
Serves as the Manager of the Division's G6 Signal Systems Integration Section
responsible for the Division's G6 Signal Systems Integration Section responsible
for coordinating and tracking Command, Control, Communication and Computer
(C4) modernization, sustainment, and maintenance for the division and

analyzes computer system issues; diagnoses and resolves IT issues related to
customer reported incidents; provides oversight to nodal, wire, transmission, and
signal systems operations related to division exercises and unit backup support;
coordinates with third party vendors for specialty software updates as required;
provides technical assistance with video teleconference systems for division staff
members; remediate system vulnerabilities found during deployment of new
software systems by applying appropriate security measures consistent with
approved security standards; maintains accountability and supervision of
equipment valued at 6.7 million dollars; expresses information to individuals and
groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the
information; makes recommendations on new Capability Requests (CAPR)
database; makes clear oral presentations which identifies problems, determines
accuracy and relevance of information; analyzes vendor systems for compliance
with Intern Association of Virtual Assistants (IAVA); uses sound judgment to
generate and evaluate alternatives when making recommendations to CECOM,
DSE and Chief of Information G6 briefings.
-Aggressively supervised the section network to ensure timely compliance with
all security updates resulting in zero network security vulnerabilities.
-Recognized for the installation, maintenance and monitoring of 103 Command -
Post of the Future (CPOF) workstation network during Unified Endeavor training

HCLOS), Satellite Mobile Anti-jam Radio Transportable Terminal (SMART-T),
Satellite Transport Terminals (STT); applying appropriate security measures
consistent with approved security standards for tactical networks; responsible for
six managers and 14 employees.
-Coordinated network management and installation training for four managers
and eight employees resulting in a 75% of employees being versatile with 3
different types of communications equipment.
-Developed line of sight multichannel training that resulted in 100% proficiency of
