                                                                               Client:            Manly Warringah Sea-Eagles

                                                                               Project Description

                                                                               ISFM was approached by the private owners of the Man-
                                                                               ly Warringah Sea Eagles to seek advice on the short to
                                                                               medium-term planning of the Club and to establish a
                                                                               financially sound and sustainable football club business.

                                                                               Over a number of meetings ISFM developed a strategy
                                                                               paper which identified a number of recommendations for
                                                                               the owners to consider.

                                                                               At the same time the club requested ISFM’s input into the
                                                                               proposed redevelopment of Brookvale Oval. This saw
                                                                               ISFM work together with the Warringah City Council and
                                                                               the Manly Warringah Rugby League Club in the develop-
                                                                               ment of a final masterplan concept for the oval which
                                                                               accommodated:
                                                                                            −       An office tower
                                                                                            −       A licenced club
                                                                                            −       A health and fitness centre
                                                                                            −       Undercover parking
                                                                                            −       Residential units

                                                                               In addition, seating for the general public, members and
                                                                               corporates was expanded and substantially upgraded.
